INCLUDED IN THE RACK RATES ARE:
- Accommodation for the specified room type for one night
- Access to standard hotel amenities (e.g., Wi-Fi, Parking, Bar and Restaurants)
- Complementary Items in the room
- Complementary breakfast
- Housekeeping services
EXCLUDED IN THE RACK RATE:
- Taxes and fees (e.g., VAT, local tourism tax, service charges)
- Additional services (e.g., room service and minibar)
- Incidental charges (e.g., telephone calls, laundry, damages to hotel property)
- Special requests (e.g., extra beds, late check-out), unless specified at booking
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
- Reservations at the rack rate can be made directly through the hotel’s website, front desk, or authorized booking platforms.
- Full or deposit payment is required to confirm the reservation.

- Credit/Debit Card
- Bank Transfer
- Cheque
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY
Cancellations made at least day prior to check-in incur no penalty.
Cancellations before 2pm within the day of check-in will incur a charge of 30% of the rack rate and 100% after 3pm within the day of check-in.
No-shows will be charged the full rack rate for the first night.
Modifications to bookings (e.g., change of dates, room type) are subject to availability and may incur no charges.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
Check-out Time: 12:00 PM
Early check-in starts 5:30 but, subject to availability.
Late check-out may incur additional 50% before 5pm and up to 100% on the rack rate.
OCCUPANCY LIMITS
Maximum occupancy per room is two adults
Additional Occupant of an adolescent beyond the prescribed occupancy may incur a surcharge.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Rack rates are quoted in Naira and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
- The hotel reserves the right to adjust rack rates without prior notice, though confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted rates.
- Guests must present a valid ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license, NIN, Voters card) at check-in.
- The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the stay.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Any disputes arising from the payment of the rack rate will be resolved by the originating bank of Guest.
